Vet Nurse Plus Fees Refund Policy
Vet Nurse Plus adheres to all requirements of the Student Fee Protection Rules as set by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). Student fees are held and administered by the following independent Trustee:

If a student withdraws prior to, or within 8 working days of the programme commencing, a refund shall be paid to the individual or organisation that paid the fees. Administration costs of 10% of amount paid or $500.00, whichever is the lesser, shall be retained by Vet Nurse Plus.
If a student chooses to withdraw after 8 days of the programme commencing, they will forfeit any fees paid.
After 8 days of the programme commencing, if a student is withdrawn by Vet Nurse Plus for not meeting minimum requirements in regards to attendance, or for behavioural or academic misconduct, no refund of fees will be provided.
If the programme is cancelled students are entitled to a pro-rata refund of the student fees in accordance with NZQA’s student fee protection policy.
