Tayla is a Registered Veterinary Nurse and Learning and Development Manager having worked within the veterinary industry since 2011 working across various roles in general practice, emergency care, and research settings. Specialising in strategic capability development, she designs and implements learning pathways and career support programs that empower clinical teams to thrive. Having served on the Board of Directors for the Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia, Tayla has demonstrated a strong commitment to the profession. In later years she transitioned into veterinary learning and development, where her passion for fostering growth within the veterinary nursing profession has flourished. She is dedicated to maximising the potential of veterinary nurses and technicians, advocating for their full utilisation in practice. Additionally, Tayla is committed to performance coaching, mentoring and the creation of psychologically safe work environments, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of those within the field.
