Originally hailing from Scotland, Deborah made the move to New Zealand in 2010. With a background in Zoology and Animal Behavior from the early 2000s, Deborah has gained invaluable experience working with a diverse range of species as a zookeeper across the globe.
In pursuit of her passion for animal care, Deborah transitioned to Veterinary Nursing, earning her New Zealand Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2019. Since then, she has been actively involved in mixed animal practice, further enhancing her expertise by completing her Bachelor in Veterinary Nursing in 2023.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Deborah enjoys exploring the breathtaking New Zealand landscape through painting and hiking, fully embracing the natural beauty that surrounds her.
